Do I need to be home?
No. Customers may provide a key, door code, garage code, or other approved access instructions.
Do you bring supplies?
Yes. Bayou Shine brings normal professional cleaning supplies and equipment. Please tell us about delicate surfaces, allergies, or preferred products.
When is payment due?
Payment is due when the cleaning is completed unless another arrangement was confirmed in writing.
What is the cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations, lockouts, or inaccessible homes may be subject to a fee disclosed with the booking.
How long will my cleaning take?
Time depends on the home’s size, condition, selected service, and add-ons. We provide an estimated arrival window and expected duration before the appointment.
