Who we are

Bayou Shine Cleaning LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services in South Louisiana. In this policy, “Bayou Shine,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Bayou Shine Cleaning LLC.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide when requesting a quote, walkthrough, recommendation, booking, payment link, or other service. This may include your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, service address, property or facility details, preferred dates, cleaning priorities, access information, and messages you send us.

Our quote and commercial forms may save contact details and the information entered after a valid phone number or email address is provided, even if the form is not finished. This helps us follow up about an incomplete request.

We also collect limited website activity, such as pages viewed, quote or booking steps reached, referral source, campaign tag, and a randomly generated session identifier. We use browser storage to keep that identifier and unfinished-form token on your device. We do not use this information for third-party advertising.

How we use information

• Respond to questions and unfinished or submitted requests.
• Prepare quotes, schedule services, and manage customer appointments.
• Send service-related emails, calls, or text messages.
• Process reservation deposits and maintain transaction records.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our website and services.
• Meet legal, tax, accounting, insurance, and recordkeeping obligations.

Calls, texts, and emails

When you submit a request—or provide contact information in a form that explains it may be saved—you authorize Bayou Shine to contact you by phone, text message, or email about that request and related service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages, or tell us at any time that you no longer want a particular type of contact.

Submitting a request does not enroll you in promotional text marketing. If we offer marketing messages in the future, we will request any additional consent required by law.

Payments and service providers

Reservation deposits are processed by Stripe. Bayou Shine does not receive or store your full payment-card number. We may share necessary information with companies that provide website hosting, database storage, email delivery, payment processing, analytics, professional services, or other support for our operations. Those providers may use the information only to perform services for us or as permitted by their own legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect customers or our business, or as part of a business transfer.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for customer service, scheduling, business records, dispute resolution, security, and legal obligations. Unfinished inquiry records are subject to routine cleanup. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Please do not send payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, medical information, alarm codes, door codes, or other highly sensitive information through a general quote form. Share access instructions directly when your appointment is confirmed.

Your choices

You may ask to review, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, subject to records we must retain for legal or legitimate business reasons. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. To make a request, email us from the address associated with your record or call the number below so we can reasonably verify the request.

Children’s privacy

Our website and cleaning services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Policy updates

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The effective date above shows when this version took effect.
